Following the unprecedented commercial success of the very first line of swimwear, awarded a MarediModa Creative Excellence Award, Marie Jo has decided to continue focusing on the Riviera as its theme for this summer. Belgium’s favourite lingerie brand will be setting course from France to Italy, with a distinct nod to several French and Italian style icons.
The Belgian label aims to present a timeless collection of intelligently designed swimwear to celebrate the everyday. The Belgian market leader in lingerie translated its extensive expertise and deep-rooted craftswomanship into a line of sophisticated swimwear, featuring both one-piece and two-piece swimsuits.
The minimalist lines reflect the pure chic that made these women so unique: their sensuous nature is expressed in luxurious fabrics and graceful details. The collection features a wide range of cuts perfectly tailored to every type of woman, as well as two distinctive new cuts. Both of these – a padded bra and a halter-style top – are wireless.

The eye-catcher of the swimwear collection is called Monica and exudes feminine luxury and daring elegance like no other. This deluxe set combines unprecedented Southern flair with graceful sophistication. Monica’s graphic print originally covered the reverse side of the fabric, but the designers decided to go against the current and flipped the fabric around. This resulted in classic main hues that subtly alternate with rugged bronze details.
In addition to one piece-swimsuits and bikinis, this line of swimwear includes a varied collection of luxury accessories, with androgynous chambray shirts and oversized blouses in denim and striped fabrics. The collection also puts forward various dresses. Each of these dresses is airy and timeless, to keep a carefree, sultry summer alive for as long as possible.
